    RESTAURANT & NIGHTLIFE: 

    launches The IVEY... Own & Operate a two story upscale Rooftop Wine Bar & Lounge. Open 7 days a week catering to a 120 person max capacity scene with a "Yummy Food" menu designed and overseen by the head Chef of in the raw. Late lunches & light dinners, available Monday thru Thursday from 4pm & Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 11am. The Nightclub & Concert Hall will be open every Friday & Saturday from 9pm & on special events during the week, the then three rooms can be combined into a 600 person party.
